Activity history

So that we can help you when something goes wrong with an order or a style test, we record the actions you take on the site: signing in, adding and removing cart items, orders, completing the style test, the e-mails you received, and your cookie choice. We do not record which pages you viewed, and we do not store your IP address — only the country as a two-letter code and the language you used.

If a visit does not become an order or an account, these records are deleted automatically within 24 hours of the last action. Activity history for a customer is kept for the duration of the customer relationship; you may ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to info@styliste.lv.

We keep a copy of every email We send you for 90 days so that you can open it on the Website if your mail program does not display it correctly. The copy contains the same information the email did, and after 90 days it is deleted automatically.
