These terms of use (hereinafter – the Terms) govern the legal relationship between SIA “Styliste” (reg. no. 40103634284, address: Kr. Valdemāra iela 143 k-2, 53, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia) – hereinafter the Seller, and the Customer who places an order for goods or services in the online store www.styliste.lv (hereinafter – the Website).

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms unilaterally by publishing them on the Website.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

• All prices shown on the Website are in EUR and include all applicable taxes.
• An order may be paid by bank transfer or by the other payment methods shown on the Website.
• The moment of payment is the date on which the money is received in the Seller's bank account.
• Fulfilment of an order begins only after payment has been received.

2. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

• Style Box delivery time – goods are dispatched within 14 days of payment.
• Individual items delivery time – goods are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment.
• Style Boxes and goods are delivered to Omniva parcel machines in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Delivery costs:

• Style Boxes – FREE (both delivery and return).
• Individual items – EUR 3.09.
• Orders over EUR 50 – delivery is FREE.

3. STYLE BOX TERMS

• The fee of EUR 14.99, EUR 19.99 or EUR 24.99 is for the stylist's individual work and for assembling the selection.
• The Customer assesses the offered items within 5 days of receipt.
• Items that are not kept must be returned within 5 days of receipt to the same Omniva parcel machine.
• After the items have been returned to the Seller, an invoice is sent to the Customer's stated email address within 5 days for the items the Customer kept or returned damaged (visible signs of wear, price tag removed and similar). The invoice is due within 3 days of receipt.
• If the items are not returned or notice is not given in time, an invoice is issued for all items in the box.
• Damaged or used items are not accepted back.

4. TERMS FOR BUYING INDIVIDUAL ITEMS

• The Customer purchases the items immediately upon placing the order.
• Right of withdrawal – within 14 days of receipt.
• The cost of returning goods is borne by the Customer unless the item is faulty.
• The item must be undamaged, with its original tags and packaging.

5. GIFT CARD TERMS

• A gift card is electronic and is sent by email within 24 hours of purchase.
• A gift card may be used to buy a Style Box, to pay for items selected from a Style Box, or to buy any item from the styliste.lv online store.
• If the purchase exceeds the value of the card, the difference must be paid.
• A gift card may be used several times until its value is fully spent.
• A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If lost, a card is not reissued and its value is not refunded.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on the Website belongs to SIA “Styliste”.
• Republishing and using the content without agreement is prohibited.

7. LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• The Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure.
• Disputes are settled by negotiation and, where that is not possible, in a Latvian court.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

• All matters not covered by the Terms are settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
• The version of the Terms in force is available at www.styliste.lv.
