Style Boxes and items are delivered to Omniva parcel machines in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND PRICES

• Omniva parcel machine — EUR 2.55. Delivery is free on orders from EUR 50.
• Omniva courier — EUR 5.99.
• Pickup at the salon (Latvia only) — free.

You choose the delivery method and parcel machine during checkout. The final total including delivery is always shown before you confirm payment.

STYLE BOX

• Delivery and return of a Style Box are free, whatever the order value.
• The box is dispatched within 14 days of payment — your stylist needs time to select pieces that suit you.

DISPATCH TIMES

• Individual items are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment.
• A Style Box is dispatched within 14 days of payment.

IF A PARCEL IS NOT COLLECTED

If the parcel machine is full or the parcel is not collected within the period set by Omniva, it is returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange redelivery.
